On the Beach

We've been trying to enjoy the summer by going to the beach at the lake house. We've had pretty crappy weather all summer up on the lake. We had a few nice days so we tried to enjoy them while we could.

The Enser's Visit

My sister, Becky, and her family came to visit us. We went to an Indians game and then headed up to the lake for a week. We had a great time with them. We can't wait for next year! Anthony misses you guys!

Boil Night at the Cottage With the Enser's

We had a boil at the cottage, while Becky and David were visiting. It was so good! Thanks Becky and David for all of your help in throwing a great party!

My sister, Becky and I got to catch up. It was great spending the week with her and the family!

The Enser's Visit

The crew decided to take a break down by the harbor. The weather was a little chilly so they were catchin' some rays while they could.

Anthony was having so much fun hanging out with the kids. They spoiled him rotten!

I laid Anthony down for a nap on the beach. The tent looked so inviting, Aaron decided to join him!

The kids had to get the tube blown up before they could go tubing. I guess it was a lot of work because Anthony and Aaron had to take a break!

Anthony vs. The French Toast

As most of you know, Anthony loves his food. This video was taken by my friend, Jill, on Mother's Day. Anthony couldn't eat his French toast fast enough!

The Ice Cream Truck

The ice cream truck came on our street the other night so Anthony got to get a treat. It was the first time he has seen the truck so he didn't know what to think at first. Once he got his ice cream, he was in heaven. Anthony and Chris were sharing tastes of their treats. It was so cute!

John and Nikky tied the knot in Denver. We had so much fun visiting Denver and hanging out with the family!

My brother, Tom, and our friend, Mikey, were cracking jokes at the reception. Those two are so much a like.......always laughing and having a good time!

A Night Out in Denver

We got to enjoy a night out with Kathy and Dusty, the night before the wedding. We went to a nice restaurant in downtown that had a delicious meat and cheese appetizer. We were lucky enough to get an outside table so we could people watch, which was a real treat! Lots of hoochie mamas!

Our Trip to the Royal Gorge in Denver

We went out to Denver for my brother John's wedding. We spent the day at the Royal Gorge outside of Denver. We took a train ride through the gorge and then went up top to view from above. The kids loved it! The train went along the Arkansas river so we got to see white water rafters go by. The gorge was beautiful!

After we went on the train, we went to the Dinosaur Museum. They had a lot of cool stuff for kids and adults.

The gorge park had a lot of cool stuff for the kids. Lots of animals with a petting zoo and a merry go round that the kids loved.

Anthony got a new hat at the farmer's market. He looks so cute in it and he loves to show it off. He is still a little ham!
Anthony got to visit with his girlfriend Victoria. The loved riding the teeter-totter together! They had so much fun!

Anthony pooped on the toilet for the first time. He was so proud of himself. Everytime he heard something drop, he would clap. It was so funny to watch him! I'm so proud of him!
