Mr. Adventurous

Anthony figured out how to take the vent off the floor and get inside of it. His high chair sits right next to it and he continuously throws food inside it. He has seen me take it off to vacuum it out. I guess he figured out that he could take it off and sit inside of it. What will he do next?!

The Little Hat

As you all know, Anthony has a pretty big head. I came across this hat that I bought him a while back that is size 12-24 months. It was way too small on him but we were having fun trying it on. Anthony thought it was so funny.

Lots of Snow in Ashtabula

There was lots of snow on the ground in Ashtabula. We decided to get a family shot since we haven't done one in a while. Needless to say, it was freezing out!

Bath Time

Anthony enjoyed his bathtime at Grandma and Grandpa Varckette's.

Sleepy Head

I went in to check on Anthony and found him snuggled up to his bear that Aunt Becky and Uncle David gave him. It was so cute.

My Little Marshmallow

It has been so cold here that we have had to stay indoors. We have been fortunate enough to get a few decent days (in the 30's) to go for a walk. We've had to bundle Anthony up in his gear because it's still pretty cold. When we do, he looks like a little marshmallow! It is hilarious to watch him try to move in this suit!

Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had an enjoyable Christmas and Happy New Year, so far! I apologize for slacking on updating the blog. There are lots of new photos posted. I hope you enjoy.
Anthony turned 14 months old on the fourth and is just starting to walk. He has been lazy and doesn't want to do it all of the time. Instead, he likes to walk on his knees. Hopefully, by the time I do the next blog post, I will have some photos/video of him walking. We'll see! Happy New Year, everyone!! I hope the new year brings you all lots of love and prosperity!

A Southern New Year's Day Meal

My sister, Tamie, and her husband, Gary, had us over for their traditional New Year's Day dinner....collard greens and black eyed peas. Everything was delicious! We are looking forward to next year! After the meal, we all played Wii bowling and Catchphrase. Thanks for the enjoyable and memorable New Year's Day!
Anthony with his cousin, Justin. I think Justin was pretending to be asleep.
My nephew, Chandler, giving Anthony his first candy cane. Anthony loved it! He kept saying "umm"!

Anthony enjoyed the big meal and all of the different foods.

Tamie's famous collard greens. Delicious!

Tamie and Gary, thanks for the feast! Compliments to the chefs! :)

Annual Bowling with Geoff

We went on our annual bowling extravaganza with my nephew, Geoff, while we were in town. It was Anthony's first time going. He was interested at first but then got fussy and was ready to go. It might have had to do with him wanting to roll the ball and we wouldn't let him. Maybe next year, Anthony!

Dinner at Becky and David's

My sister, Becky, and her husband, David, had everyone over for a cookout. David fired up the grill and made his famous Cornell chicken. Thanks for having us over. Everything was delicious!

My Dad and brother, Don, enjoying some dessert.

My brother, John, and his fiance, Nikky, relaxing after the big meal.

My sister's, Cindy and Vicki, taking a break from all of the food.

Anthony got passed around all night. He wanted to go to anybody that would take him to see the Christmas lights outside. Brigan took him at least 10 times!

My nephews, Marcus, Brett and Aaron, hanging out by the grill.

Mouth Wide Open!

These pictures are so funny. Marc walked by Anthony eating a ham sandwich and he was hoping Marc would give him a bite. He figured that if he opened his mouth wide enough, Marc would get the hint.
